Do we have to read of all the 19 subject in both from standard books to crack neet PG or are Marrow was sufficient?

Its not necessary for you to mug up all the 19 subjects together. The main aim is to score the level best, I would suggest go for those subjects which have highest weightage in NEET PG. I would may be like to tell you the weightage for help:
- General Medicine including Dermatology & Venereology & Psychiatry 45 ques
- General Surgery including Orthopedics, Anaesthesia & Radiodiagnosis 45 ques
- Obstetrics and Gynaecology 30 ques
- Pathology 25 ques
- Social and preventive medicine 25 ques
- Pharmacology has 20 questions
- Microbiology has 20 questions
- Anatomy 17 ques
- Physiology 17 yes
- Biochemistry 16 ques
I would suggest complete as much as you can to score the best.

You don't have to read 19 subjects from standard textbooks. It is a next to impossible job and retaintivity would be very poor.
In MCQ pattern tests, be it NEET or Next, application of knowledge is as important as knowledge itself.
You can take up online classes and make your own notes or order handwritten notes. Divide your time wisely between studying and practising MCQs. Try to keep the first reading of notes brief and hit MCQs fast. Try to maintain a schedule and allot fixed amount of time for each subject. At a particular point suitable for you, stop reading new stuff and start revision. Try to revise as many times as possible. Take up Grand test, irrespective of no of subjects you have covered. Try to take up one GT every week. Work more on your weaknesses.
