Do we have to register again for UP neet counselling round 2 if we were not alloted any seat in round 1...?

No you have to register only once for ug neet counselling . If you are not alloted seat in first round, you will automatically shifted to second round counselling. Even if you get seat in first round and you are not satisfied with alloted college , you can reject that seat and can participate in second round counselling.
You are free to exit from AIQ counselling and can participate in state counselling.

If you have already registered for first round and unfortunately you did not get any college allotment in first round then you can directly participate in second round of counselling.
You will be considered as already registered student
You have to fill your choices and lock them in second round
