Hello Abhi Jais,

First you are alloted the college acoording to your rank and preference. Then you have two options i.e. freeze and float. If you choose float then you are automatically registered and eligible for the next round and if you choose freeze you will confirm you seat and will not be eligible for the next round.

So, if you are not satisfied with your allotment and think it can change then choose float you will automatically register for the third round. If not than choose freeze and confirm your seat.
