The minimum neet eligibility criteria according to official websites updates states:
The candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology at the qualifying examination. For students belonging to SC/ST or OBC category, a minimum of 40% marks must be obtained to be eligible for the NEET examination. For students with loco motor disability of Lower Limbs, minimum marks of 45% are required for General-PH. For SC-PH/ST-PH/OBC-PH, a minimum of 40% marks are required.
So I guess now its crystal clear that your marks do meet the above criteria and hence you eligible to apply for Neet exam.

You don't have to score 50 marks in each of Physics, chemistry, and Biology. Aggregate marks of your PCB subjects will be considered for eligibility. The minimum aggregate marks required are as follows for different categories:
Unreserved: 50%
OBC/SC/ST: 40%
PWD: 45%
As you got 52%, you will be eligible to appear in the NEET exam regardless of your category.
Also, keep in mind that the minimum age criterion for NEET is 17 years on 22nd December 2022.
