Jee has released a declaration form according to which if we are unable to submit the eqs certificate during jee advanced applications then we should upload a declaration that I will submit it by june5. This declaration is available in jee advanced website

For Jee Advanced, you will need to provide ews category certificate in order to be eligible for the benefits available for the candidates of this category.So, you do need to submit the certificate during counselling for advance.



The Income and Asset Certificate issued by any one of the following authorities in the prescribed format shall only be accepted as proof of candidate’s claim as belonging to EWS.



District Magistrate/Additional District Magistrate/ Collector/ Deputy Commissioner/Additional’ Deputy Commissioner/ 1st Class Stipendiary Magistrate/ Sub-Divisional Magistrate/ Taluka Magistrate! Executive Magistrate/ Extra Assistant Commissioner



Chief Presidency Magistrate/Additional Chief Presidency Magistrate/ Presidency Magistrate



Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar



Sub-Divisional Officer or the area where the candidate and/or his family normally resides.

To get this certificate:

You will have to download EWS certificate . Fill all the forms and paste your picture .Attach your documents.Then submit it in your block or tehsil office to get it checked by any of the above officers.

The documents you need to attach for checking are:

Adhaar Card

Income Certificate

Caste Certificate

Domicile certificate

Property certificate

Passport Size photo

Pan Card

Bank Statement

Dear Mayank, EWS certificate needs to be submitted during the time of counselling for admission. It is the local Thahasildar who gives these certificates.

You will need these 3 documents:

1. DOCUMENTS FOR DATE OF BIRTH: You have to provide any of the mentioned documents as said above in the article body.

*Birth certificate under the Birth. Death and Marriage Certificate Act. 1969.

*Hospital/Auxiliary nurse and Midwife.(ANM) register record.

*Anganwadi Record.

*Declaration of age of the child by the parents or guardian.

2. DOCUMENTS FOR PROOF OF PRESENT RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS:-

*Ration card in the name of Parents having name of the Child in Ration card.

*Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.. .

*Voter Id card of any of the parents.

*Electricity Bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill.

*Unique Identity Card (Aadhar) of Mother/Father/Child issued by Govt. of India.

*Passport in the name of any of the parents or child

3. DOCUMENTS FOR PROOF OF ECONOMICALLY WEAKER SECTION (EWS):-

*Income certificate issued by ae  Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar

*BPL Ration Card (Yellow coloured)

*AAY Ration Card (pink coloured)

*Food Security card issued by Food & supply Dept.(GNCT of Delhi)
