Hi aspirant,

The eligibility criteria required for JEE Main usually is following:

A candidate needs to get 75% or more in class 12 board examination or other similar examination
Or he/she should be in the top 20 percentile list in his/her respective board.

But this year on account of Covid19 pendemic this eligibility criteria has been scrapped and now candidate needa to get only the passing certificate. You have obtained 60% in board. Hence you will be able to get admission provided you perform well in JEE Main and meet other requirements as well.
