Sorry to say you but you have not mention that about which thing or about which place you are talking about. However you should know that ration card can be used as your address proof or identity proof and on the other hand income certificate proves your current income status. Aur more specifically your on yearly incomes which can help any government or Institute or examination whether they can pass a special seat for or fee waiver scheme for u or not.
