Hello Aspirant,
I hope that you are doing well.
You do not need to register for the Mop up round if you have previously enrolled for the Round of All India Counselling. Only those candidates who have not previously registered must do so. This is a procedure that can be completed entirely online. For Deemed and Central Universities, DGHS conducts a mop-up round. The net vacant seats owing to non-joining and non-reporting from Round 2 will be displayed in the seat matrix in the mop up round, and eligible candidates will be assigned seats based on their preference and merit.
Who is ineligible:
Candidates who enrolled at Deemed/Central Universities in Round 2 are ineligible.
Who is eligible to participate:
Candidates who are registering for the first time are referred to as "first-time registrants."
Candidates who applied but were not assigned seats in Round 1 or Round 2
All candidates who have a seat from Round 1 or Round 2 will be considered.
I hope this helps.
Good luck!
Thank you
