    hello irshad!!

    you need to paste the recent colour photograph on the FILLED IN ONLINE APPLICATION FORM .

    You should get this form attested by a gazzeted officer or by the principal of the college you have studied.please get the form attested by any of the above.am sure that you will get someone to attest.
