Yes, you should have printed the application form of jee mains. Because, when will the admit card release, you can check the admit card according to you filled in application form! If all are Okk or not!

Hello,

No it's not required in the jee mains examination,only you need to take prinout of jee mains admit card and aadhar card.But i suggest you to take printout of jee mains application form for your own safety at a later stage.
