Do we need to provide original certificates at the time of counseling as some colleges haven't given original certificates till now.

yes, you have to provide the original certificates at the time of counselling.
if one or two documents are not available, you can give an undertaking for the same but will have to submit the original document in the stipulated time or else the candidature shall be cancelled from the university/college.
