do we need to register or fill the application form seperately for afmc BEFORE neet exam? Or we have to register for it after neet result?if we have to register for it earlier then from where we can do registration?please help i am confused,i have also watch the official site but couldn't understand

Candidates who wish to join in Armed Forces Medical College, Pune need to apply separately for second stage of screening process. Candidates will be shortlisted based on NEET UG score.
