Hi,
Successful submission of NEET application form is a prerogative to appear in NEET examination. Thus, yes, candidates will need to submit application form of NEET online along with application fee. However, it must be noted that candidates are not required to send the application form or the confirmation page of online application form in offline mode to NEET UG. Similarly, No form is required to be sent offline to CBSE. To get admissions into medical colleges, candidates will have to wait for the declaration of the NEET result and then subsequently wait for the counselling process to begin, both for All India Quota seats and for each state to start its own.
