Do we require income certificate for scholarship?

Hi Manish,
yes , in order to get scholarship from the government you need income certificate and if your income per year is less then 2lakhs then you get income certificate and i request you to mention your state to help you in better way and if you don't have income certificate apply for it , it will use in future
