It's all about giving priority to the subject. When you solve the exam papers or when you read the concepts, you figure out I am not doing good in this subject so in that way you can figured out which subject needs more attention and then you should revise those more frequently or before any exam you try to revise all the mistakes that you have made in that particular subject.

To get over your fear for the weak topics in JEE mains, you need to clear your very basic fundamentals of that topic. Once you know the very basic concepts, you can easily tackle any questions related to that topic. I would recommend you to clear your fundamentals from the NCERT books and then Move on to the advanced books.
Please practice a lot of mock tests and once you are done with practicing a lot of questions, please go through the previous year question papers to get to know the pattern of the questions
