Dear Vartika, you haven't mentioned your Category. Nevwrthless, in 2018, under Staye Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

Regional: 70%

General Category:  400

OBC: 357

State 30%:

General Category: 488

OBC: 473

So with 520 marks you have a fair chance of getting a seat in a Government Medical College. Having said that cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like top NEET score, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of seats available, candidate's Category and difficulty of the exam. Check this page for cut offs of various colleges under different Categories: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-maharashtra/amp
