Lifestyle, paypackages  are things that you will get in NASA to the highest extent but it depends on you as to what is your goal in life if you want great lifestyle and more salary then Nasa is better as isro is like a typical government job in india though salaries here also are high but as high as compared to that of nasa moreover if you want to work on various missions then the diversity is more in nasa whereas if you work for isro you will serve your country and since now slowly the government has started to focus on science and tech so isro has a bright future.
