1. NEET Admit card

2. NEET 2020 result/scorecard.

3. Class X marksheet/certificate.

4. class 12 Marksheet/certificate

5. ID Proof

6. 8 passport sized photographs

7.  study certificate

8. Caste/caste income certificate (if necessary)

9. Provisional Allotment letter

10. Domicile proof and category ceritifcate.
