Documents generally needed for MBBS admission include:

  1. NEET Admit Card
  2. NEET Result/Rank Letter
  3. Class 12th Pass Certificate
  4. Class 12th Marksheet
  5. Class 10th Pass Certificate/Marksheet
  6. Provisional Allotment Letter
  7. PH And Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
  8. ID Proof (Aadhar, PAN, Driving License etc)
  9. 10 Pieces Of Photographs
  10. Extra Documents Required By College(if mentioned by the college)

No, your BSc will not effect your admission to any medical colleges.

According to NEET brochure you have to apply for CODE 5 which  is defined for the candidates who are studying in the first year of the three years’ degree course of a recognized University with PCB (that includes practical tests in the given subjects) provided the examination is a University Examination.

So, yes you can take admission to the medical college which you have got through NEET, and your BSc course will not effect in any way.

I hope this helps you!
