As you want to know about the document required for AP NEET counselling. The following is the list of some documents which is required:

  • SSC or Equivalent Examination Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate (containing the Date of Birth)
  • Intermediate or Equivalent Examination Mark Sheet
  • NEET 2021 Admit Card
  • NEET 2021 Rank Card
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Transfer Certificate (TC)
  • Study Certificate(s) from 6th class to Intermediate
  • Permanent Caste Certificate
  • Minority Certificates
  • Residence Certificate of the Candidate or Either Parents (If studied in the institutions outside of Andhra Pradesh)
  • Latest Income Certificate (If claiming fee exemption)
  • Local Status Certificate

Hello Aspirant,

For NEET UG counselling of state quota of Andhra Pradesh you will have to submit some documents, and those documents are enlisted below :-

>>>> Printout AP MBBS application form 2021

>>>> NEET admit card 2021

>>>> Class 10 mark sheet or birth certificate for the verification of birth date

>>>> Class 12 mark sheet

>>>> NEET 2021 result

>>>> Aadhaar card or Passport for NRI candidates

>>>> Permanent caste certificate

>>>> Minority certificate

>>>> PwD certificate

>>>> An undertaking signed by parents/guardian on white paper

>>>> Declaration signed by candidates
