While filling the application form for JNU entrance exam ,you will be required to fill your personal data for which you might need your date of birth certificate or anything which is proof of your age ,place of residence etc ,your academic details for which you will need your certificate of academics and you will also need to upload your picture of photograph as well as signature along with your contact information .Hope this information is helpful and good luck.
