This is the provisional list of all required documents for Upsee counselling.
- Rank card of UPSEE 2020
- Admit card of UPSEE 2020
- 10th and 12th standard certificate and mark sheet
- Your domicile certificate
- Your Parent's domicile certificate (if the candidate has passed qualifying exam outside Uttar Pradesh)
- Rural weightage certificate (if applicable)
- Character certificate
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- Subcategory certificate only for freedom fighter or armed forces or physically handicapped (if applicable)
- Certificate of medical fitness or undertaking of medical fitness
- Income certificate only for economically weak candidates
- GDDA category certificate (if applicable)
