1. WBJEE 2021 result or rank card
2. WBJEE 2021 provisional allotment letter
3. Confirmation page of WBJEE 2021
4. Admit card or certificate of 10th standard (or equivalent) examination for name and age verification.
5. 10th standard (or equivalent) mark sheet for English subject mark verification
6. Caste certificate (for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates)
7. Physically challenged certificate for PwD category candidates
8. Income certificate (if applicable)
9. Domicile certificate (if applicable)
10. JEE Main 2021 result(if applicable)
11. ‘Yes Upgradation’ or ‘No Upgradation’ option form.
