Yes you are eligible and they will generally ask for an explanation for your gap in your education and after hearing to it they will just leave that part forever they only look how passionate you are about the work , what credentials you have to your credit.Just focus on wha you are doing and don't stress about the placement just go on soon what you find interesting with dedication and no one is interested to ask you about the gap if you are competent enough for the job I simply doesn't matter.
Your 10th and 12th standard percentage won't affect your chances to get placed in your dream companies like Microsoft etc.

The school marks only matter at the time of your admission in colleges. The campus placements are a whole another ball game where more than marks, the candidate's all round personality and technical skills are extensively examined.
