does 12th results really matter much as per as clat and getting into law school is concerned?
Hello
There's not much role of your 12th marks for getting into law schools but yes you should get at least marks enough to be eligible for entrance examination .
For example, to be eligible for CLAT you must have passed your 12th board exam with at least 45% marks while SC and ST category students need only 40% marks .
So , 12th marks are just required to be eligible for the entrance examination admission is based on the performance in the entrance examination.
So, if you couldn't perform well in your board and you are just eligible for clat examination even then you don't need to worry, just prepare well for your CLAT examination :)
Thank you
