hi,

The Counselling under 15% All India Quota seats (except of  Jammu Kashmir) and all seats of Deemed Universities or  Central Universities or Seats of ESIC & AFMC including Delhi University (DU), BHU, AMU,  AIIMS & JIPMER will be conducted by the MCC/DGHS on the basis of NEET ug  score.

However All India Quota has no reservation for Defence quota candidates. some states may have a reservation under Defence quota in NEET. So while state wise counselling of neet ug, candidates need to go through the official notifications for CAP reservation.
