    Hey Aspirant,

    As per your concern. 85% seats are reserved for the same state students to give them the privilege. About 15% seats are allocated for those who apply for all India Counselling no matter where they are from. So whether he is Telugu or kannada. He/she will get the seat if they are eligible.
