Does 3 year gap after 12th affect Job placement in college.I gave my 12th in 2017 and due to personal reason i lost my 3 years . This year in 2020 i took admission in engineering college.

Dear Aspirant

If you are technically qualified and have good resume to show, it shouldn’t matter.  But, during placements some of the companies ask for the gap not to be more than 2 years. You will have to justify the cause of your gap with a valid reason  during the placements interview.

I suggest you explain with good reasons for the discontinuity and show what you have learnt from it and how you have grow stronger because of these difficulties and speed-bumps in your career.
