I'm afraid that is not the case, with a bachelors degree you cant be called as a doctor. You need to complete your post graduation in neuroscience to get doctorship.

To earn A Master's Degree you require additional 2 Years

To earn a PHD or PsyD you need 2-4 Additional Years

With bachelor degree you could carry out these jobs

Pharmaceutical Sales, Residential Counselor, Laboratory Technician, Regulatory Affairs Specialist, Psychometrist*, Medical Technician, Science Writer, Clinical Research Assistant, Science Advocacy, Special Education Assistant

Patient Care Assistant, Health Educator, Orthotic and Prosthetic Technician, EEG Technologist,Lab Animal Care Technician, Medical and Healthcare Manager, Forensic Science Technician, Pharmacy Technician, Natural Sciences Manager.

I would suggest you that if your stopping your study at bachelor level please try out some small time courses and internships or part time jobs so that you could boots your resume to get good job opportunities.

Your salary can be upto 62,000/- but that will be up to you how good you are and your experience in the field.

With an MSc in Neuroscience you could develop a careers working directly with patients facing issues with their nervous system as a neuro psychiatrist, a neurological nurse, a neurosurgeon, or a developmental psychologist. You can even get the opportunities to study the brain and nervous system in a lab setting as a neurobiologist or neuroscientist.
