They fill up seats using their conveynor quota
Many students who get a good rank opt for government seats in private colleges

Hello,
The availability of Convenor Quota seats depends on which respective State Counseling you are talking about. Convenor quota seats are basically the Government seats in Private Medical Colleges. The other two categories of seats are the management quota seats and the NRI category seats. The Government seats which are left after counselling are the transferred to these colleges.
