No, not all seats will be filled in first round itself. 70% seats are filled through AP EAMCET counselling that is under convener quota and remaining 30% seats are filled under management quota. Out of the 70% seats only a part of seats will be filled in first phase counselling. The leftover seats after first phase counselling will be carried forward to second phase and these seats will be filled in second phase. Compared to the number of seats available in first phase the seats available in second phase will be less.
