No ,all the seats are not alloted in the first round. There are six round on jossa counselling. Seats are left for all rounds. Candidates go for freeze,float and not choose alloted seat are left out for another rounds .Don't worry for seats in rounds.

Nope its not necessary that the seats will be allotted in the 1st round of JOSAA Counselling. Usually there are vacancies and consecutive rounds are conducted. The JOSAA counselling is usually conducted in 7 rounds, so there exists vacant seats and to fill them the consecutive rounds are conducted.
