Ideally Amazon responds to its candidates if they get selected or not or even if they get to the next round of the recruitment.
Usually it is the responsibility of the recruitment coordinator or the recruitment officer who informs the candidates about their status of application and interview. So basically it depends on the recruiter. It might take up to 2 to 3 weeks to respond or to get the rejection mail, but if you do not receive any, then you can call or mail the recruiter about your status.
