Hey this might be there in amity university as it is an private university which can help you out gor your admission but it can take it as if it take admission on the basis of 12 standard which is primarily requirements for the University as ever university has its own rule.

I am here for helping you . yes, you can apply in amity university Lucknow with your improvement record for taking admission in Btech from CSE branch.

improvement marksheet is valid for majority of entrance exams and university/colleges but not for all.

before going through the application one thing which you will have to know is  that you will have to verify that in your previous year you basically worked on your improvement and you didn't took admission in any other college or university which intrensically can be verified by your improvement marksheet and your ID proof. Sometimes there may not be any specific block for improvement record in online application form then it doesn't mean that you can not take admission here ,through  your improvement marksheet. You can, but you will have to go through the registar of the university for taking admission by offline application form.

And another thing which I want to clarify you is that it will be more beneficial for you if you have gave improvement in all subjects instead of one or two subjects and scored good than previous record.
