Yes, Amity University Kolkata accepts JEE Main score to take admissions.

Below is the eligibility criteria

The minimum acadmic qualification for admission through CBSEJEE is that the candidate must have passed in the final examination of class12 or its equivalent with aggregate score of minimum 60% in PCM + English
