In 2016, after the last round-
Opening Rank- 940 and Closing Rank- 3,564 (CSE)
In 2017, after the last round-
Opening Rank- 843 and Closing Rank- 4,284 (CSE)
In 2018, after the last round-
Opening Rank- 1,393 and Closing Rank- 3,243 (CSE)

The cutoff increases every year till the last round till Round 7.It is impossible to predict how high it will go.You can only hope.
