dear aspirant,
since your scores are very less in neet examination,
you can get the college but they are of low ranked private colleges.
according to me if you have to go in medical side only then you can go with either physiotherapy, homeopathic, ayurvedic, nursing ,they all have a good background and can enhance your future and are very respected courses.
you can do all this courses from any repected private universities.
