Hi Mahaveer,

As far as state rules are concerned, no one is allowed to attend the counselling for government quota seats for any state other than their respective states.

You are also allowed to attend the counselling of your state only but can't attend the counselling for government quota seats of any other state.

You can attend the counselling for private quota seats of any state.

If you want to attend a government medical college of any other state other than your domicile state, then you will have to attend AIQ counselling which gives you the liberty to sit for counselling of the 15% all India quota seats of all the government medical colleges of India.

Sir how I get 85 %quota seat of bihar? How can i register for bams and rest of course??
