You can give Lower Judiciary Services exam when you enter your final year not in your 1st year & for Higher Judiciary Services- you should be graduate & 7 years of experience( litigating practice).

Thank You Sir,But there is a case regarding "1st Attempt" (in High Court) where the petitioner was Harsha Gadekar she passed Judicial Exam but not get shortlisted as a judge due to her ATKT in 1st year.Read more at:http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/articleshow/53803209.cms?utm_source=contentofinterest&utm_medium=text&utm_campaign=cppst
