If you are talking about IIT bhu, it offers civil engineering through jee advanced rank, it is a public engineering institution located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

BHU take admission through Advance rankings.
Candidate it not take admission through Jee main .
University not conduct its own admission test for taking admission.
Jee Advance rankings is only way to fetch seat in this premier institution.
