See BHU is the Central University that offers multiple Masters and Bachelors programmes and B.Tech is also offered in BHU but in IIT BHU or it is also called as IIT Varanasi.
So if you are seeking admission in IIT Varanasi/IIT BHU for B.Tech course then you have to mandatorily appear in JEE-Advance and secure good All India Rank because IIT BHU is known to ape in the top IITs hence there is huge competition for seats in it.
You will be eligible for JEE-Advance 2021 if you qualify JEE-Main 2021 with the qualifying cut-off percentile which is not yet released for this year, it will release along with the final result of JEE-Main 2021. But on the basis of previous year's analysis the cut-offs for this year are expected as follows :-
