does big companies like tcs, Google, wipro, etc accept doeacc o,a or b level graduate students?

Sorry to say but these companies do not consider these qualifications.
DOEACC ‘O' is basic Level, ‘A' is an advanced diploma, ‘B' is MCA comparable and ‘C' is M.Tech level in CSE.
DOEACC ‘O' - level Program
It is a foundation (Junior Programmer) degree course, and it furnishes a common understanding of the functional and programming characteristics of Computers.
Eligibility - 10+2 qualified aspirants
DOEACC 'A' evel Program
The DOEACC `A' level is a 1-year full-duration course. Every day one requires to provide 5-6 hours, and it is for the learners who have previously graduated or have `O' level credentials.
Eligibility - bachelor's degree in any domain.
10+2 along with engineering diploma certification from a recognised polytechnic institute.
DOEACC `B'- Level Program
The DOEACC `B' level full-time course is an MCA level program. It is a 3-year program for `A' level passed learners, and it's for two years. It guarantees the advancement of high-end technical employees in the computer world.
Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree in any domain.
10+2 with Engg. diploma from a Polytechnic
DOEACC `C'- Level (M.Tech. Level) Program
The DOEACC `C' level course and an M. Tech. comparable program. It furnishes an outstanding alternative to BE/B Tech/ M.Sc./MBA learners from other domains to study in the domain of computers.
Eligibility:
B.Tech/BE/MCA/ M.Sc in Mathematics/Statistics/ Operations Research MBA (or comparable) with B.Sc./B.A (Maths /Statistics)
