does biomedical engineering and biotechnology needs maths to be studied in earlier classes

Hey

To get into any field of enegineering, maths is a necessary prerequisite. Same goes for biotech and biomedical engineering too. Undoubtedly, the maths in these courses later is much less in comparsion to other engineering courses, but certainly not avoidable. If you wish to go for a BSc in biotech, instead of an engineering programme, you would not require maths in high school, and the only prerequisites would be Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Hope this helps!
