yes, BITSAT provides b.tech course.

Dear Mansi,
BITSAT provides admission in B.E courses for engineering.
There is no much big difference between B.E and B.Tech and both the degrees serve same values.
No degree is superior over other.
The only difference between both the degrees is B.tech is a practical course and B.E is theoretical course.
