NEET entrance exam is not needed for a course in physiotherapy, how ever you will have to appear in an entrance test specifically meant for getting a chance in physiotherapy course..

It is not mandatory for you to give NEET Exam for pursuing Physiotherapy course .You can get admission in various colleges through CET (Common entrance test) . And Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota.
