The basic eligibility to pursue BA LLB from Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College as prescribed by Bar Council of India, Rules of Legal Education 2008, the applicant shall have passed 10+2 or an examination recognized as equivalent there to and have obtained 45% of the total marks in case of general category and 40% of the total marks in case of SC & ST applicant. The maximum age for seeking admission into stream of 5 years bachelor degree course in law is limited to 20 years in general category and in case of SC, ST and other backward class applicant it is limited to 22 years.
CLAT is not accepted by Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College. It conducts its own entrance exam for selecting law aspirants, the exam is known as BVPCET (common entrance test).
