But the hiring is only from NIT and IITs , also the exam of hiring is very tough and required very much skills.

The students who has good skills and also have good knowledge in the programming and also are from NIT in IIT, they can crack the exam and get the job in this companies.

Many times students from tier-3 colleges got high placement than students of tier-1 colleges because they are skilled in their field ,done strong projects ,  Similary in offcampus placements also things are the same , its doesnt matter from which college you are .
