Does cbse consider normalization of scores for different papers it had conducted? If so, what would be the cutoff for jee main 15 April 2018

As per the new rules cbse has left normalisation of 12th board marks for jee mains , you have to score only 75% in your 12th board exams in order to get admission in choice of your nit's(also you have to clear the cutoff).The Normalisation process for jwe mains is closed from 2017 and now for getting admission in nit's only 12th board marks are considerd....

So there is no need for normalization for all papers.
If the difficulty Level varies with huge margin, then only normalization process takes place.
