Hello student. Correcting class 12th physics paper or in that thing, any other paper leniently entirely depends on the difficulty of the papers. Last year paper was a bit tough, so the correction was lenient and some grace Mark's were given.

So it all depends on the paper. Coming to this of lenient corrections  only to delhi or all india region. Again, at the point of examination, for that paper, whichever places that examination  took place, for all of them this lenient correction will apply iff paper is difficult
