Well Yes,Christ University Bangalore does offer B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

The basic eligibility criteria of getting into Mechanical Engineering is to score minimum aggregrate of 50% in 10+2 from any recognised board of India that is,CBSE,ISC,Karnataka PUC, NIOS etcetera or abroad.You must have studied  Mathematics,Physics and Chemistry at class 12 with 50% marks in Mathematics.

Selection procedure includes Group discussion and Micro Presentation after clearing which yiu would be called for  Written Assessment,Verbal Assessment and Personal Interview and then for counselling.After getting through all these steps you will get admission in Christ University.
